This is an owned and operated small business.
The business owner was rude in the extreme and did not fix the problem. He made a mistake and then used profanity to me and basically told me to "shove it". The owner operator would definitely have had his employment terminated if he had worked for someone else, I can only assume that his actions are what I experienced because he is answerable to no-one
