Dinky Dog Products bad business to deal with!!!
Faulty Dinky Dog Seat shipped. Business owner Wayne kept giving the runaround and wouldn't fix the issue even with clear proof. He won't send a new product to replace the faulty one and won't pay return shipping. Stay away from Dinky Dog Products - the guy doesn't care about doing right by customers. You'll end up with expensive junk. Find another reputable brand that will do right by you if there's a product fault. I'm going to try out Buddyrider with its 2 year guarantee against defects in material and workmanship.
