Darren was extremely prompt in responding to my order and was able to have my delivery to me by the same afternoon! His product was much cheaper than in any of the shops I looked in and his customer service was exceptional. I shall definitely be using Direct Pet Supplies for all my future pet needs

i ordered online (after looking extensively at many site for this product) at 12:52pm then heard a knock on the door at about 3pm with a person delivering the product, unbelievably quick. Never had any quicker better service in all my life and the product is exactly what i needed. Will 100% use again. keep it local people.
