Heard really good reviews yet both times I’ve been I’ve had to wait to be seen.

First time 45 minutes.

Second time my appointment was at 2. Got called into a room at 2:20 and was told the vet would be there soon. 30 minutes later I went out and asked and had to wait another ten minutes.

All for a vaccination which takes 5 minutes

Amazing Vet clinic. I had been taking my cats to another vet for 9 years and recently had one of them require emergency treatment. My regular vet of 9 years was not willing/able to see us even though it was quite serious. I rang Direct Vet - never been there before and at a peak time before Christmas but they managed to fit me in. Thank - god. The nursing staff and Vet were amazing. They did tests and referred us directly to the emergency clinic as our needs were beyond their capabilities with advanced screening and ICU required. After some specialist care unfortunately it was clear that my Bella would not survive much longer. I was able to bring Bella home for our last night and returned to Direct Vet for euthanasia.
I cannot thank the staff at Direct Vet enough for their care, compassion and professionalism during this difficult time.

Cannot recommended them enough. If you are after care, compassion, professionalism and expertise then this is the place to go. They know their stuff and their capabilities and will do what is best for your animal.

I started going to Direct Vet Services when I bought my first kitten. The staff there are so friendly and they treat your pet as if it were their own. They have good prices too.

The professionalism and care shown at this clinic to myself and my pets was beyond anything I had experienced before. They stopped to explain things rather than assuming that I wouldn't understand, I learnt more in my first visit here than I had in the past 15 years at my last vet. Could not recommend them highly enough

Went above and beyond to care for a sick dog . This lady treats your animals as if they are her own.
