It is true that anyone can leave a review on this site, however if requested I am more than happy to provide proof of service.

To start with the night.... The DJ turned up on time, was friendly and polite, had quality equipment, and provided the wireless microphone as requested.

When it came to the part of the night where the DJ could play whatever he wished based on the vibe of the guests, he did a great job.

Unfortunately, despite having a VERY detailed script for the night provided to the DJ on the night AS WELL as filled in online, things didn't exactly go to plan. The DJ played the entrance song and announced us when we hadn't even got to the door yet (was meant to wait for Vineyard Staff 'thumbs up') and it had to be done all over again. We didn't know this at the time but were told by guests later. The other mix up was the final half hour before the send off. IT was supposed to switch back to our choice of music: 5 songs that were the lead up to our sparkler send off. This got started far too late and as a result we didn't get to leave on the song we'd chosen.

First dances went off without a hitch as well as before dinner music. I have a feeling that perhaps the young gentleman didn't have a lot of experience with MC'ing as he didn't appear particularly confident with the task.

I have to be clear though... we still had a fabulous time. Thankfully I'm not an uptight bridezilla otherwise I might've lost it. But I didn't, the wine was far too good.

In terms of customer service I would say it was average. The minimum was provided. Not necessarily a bad thing but still only the minimum. A wedding is a pretty big deal, more contact would bode well. When contact was made by phone (after emails not replied to) it almost felt as if it was a bother. I appreciate the person I was contacting would be very busy, but if you're the 'face' of the company you need to present as your best at all times. Better customer service and attention to detail may have resulted in a night that ran more to plan.

As a result, I would not recommend this service despite the fact that I still had a fabulous time at my wedding - it could've gone a whole lot worse.

Brilliant service. Especially loved the online planner! Paul was fantastic in communication and details whenever I needed help. These guys promised all this free stuff like smoke machine, which didn't happen on our wedding day, as well as playing cultural music amongst some other tracks, which they only played one of when we reminded them - you have too many other things to be thinking about on your wedding day!!
