I walked into this store when there were no other customers, went straight to the prescription counter where there were 2 customer service staff. I was ignored as they continued to unpack boxes. After a minute, I turned one of the pharmacists for service and was asked to wait while he finished a task. Once focused on me he was very helpful and I quickly had a product to suit my needs. I then went to the register where the 2 customer service staff now were. AGAIN, they ignored me and continued with their conversation! I was eventually served without a greeting or farewell.
I appreciate that staff can be busy but I felt deliberately ignored by the very staff who are employed to help people. This is retail. Customers are lifeblood.
There are other pharmacies close by; I will be using them from now on.

Convenient and in a niche location. Deceivingly large store that stocks quite a bit, staff are always helpful and knowledgable and pharmacist is always patient and helpful also.
