Before my first purchase, I was confused as to which filter I needed, so I rang Discount Fridge Filter's customer service. They were very helpful and were able to advice me. I have bought several filters from them now. I even receive a text from them to remind me when my filter needs changing.

Discount Fridge Filters always deliver on time and when expected. i have been using the automatic service for some time now, I recently purchased a new fridge and unfortunately I had only just received my new filters shortly before making the decision to purchase a new fridge, i called Discount Fridge filters and was pleasantly surprised,by returning the filters I got a credit of my next order. I ordered my fridge filters from here for the past 2 years. They stock all brands of filters to suit your fridge. You can purchase either the original beand or their own generic brand. I have purchased their generic brand for my Samsung Fridge and it has worked perfectly. The price is at least half of that for the same ones I purcahsed off the shelf prior to finding this online shop. I purchase 2 at a time (lasts 12 months then) and the store then contacts me when it is time to re-order so I dont even need to remember to do it. Great service and if you need to speak to someone they answer the phone immediatley and are very helpful.
