Beautiful facilities and lovely educators but unfortunately that’s where it ends.

When we did the tour we met some great salespeople who promised the world, various programs etc. Nowadays they barely meet reasonable expectations.

EXCEPTIONALLY high turnover of staff and centre managers. We had attended since 2019 and in that time we have had 9 Centre Managers. The owners and management of the centre are unpleasant and unprofessional. It is evident that they are focused on what makes it into their pockets as opposed to the genuine wellbeing of the children, families and their educators.

We have raised several concerns in the past which have always been done in a polite manner and attempted to provide constructive criticism. Rather than taking this on board, they seem to take it personally and use it against you. They do not want to hear any feedback.

At 4:50pm on a Friday evening, I was sent an email from the “CEO” ceasing my child’s enrollment due to “multiple staff complaints”. My child was due to attend on Monday.

This professional CEO did not have the decency to call and chat to me about it. Lucky I checked my emails. When I managed to speak with this individual, he could not provide me with ONE example.

It is exceptionally sad that the company has used us providing feedback, against us, and then used his own staff as scapegoats as a reason to cancel enrolment with no notice. Very cowardly indeed.

The fact that he could not provide me with one example speaks volumes, as does the high turnover of staff.

For those interested, our feedback and complaints have been things such as:

• pressuring to toilet train a children before they were ready, prior to moving to a new room as the room didn’t have nappy training facilities. It was all about convenience for them.

• Multiple staff changes and turnover as previously mentioned in which families were also not notified of staff leaving when they had been with our children for years. Staff who have departed were specifically advised NOT to let families know they were leaving.

• The fact that they didn’t have enough food one particular day for children, who were told they could only have one serve as there wasn’t enough. Hard to provide meals when you can’t retain a chef I suppose.

We have enrolled my second child at a different centre and it is like chalk and cheese. Avoid this sinking ship.
