AWEFUL! DONT EVEN BOTHER! I brought 4 children of all different ages (4, 6, 7 and 10) to dizzy's castle and the lack of hygiene, service and staff was enough to make me boycott this venue all together. Cluttered seating, dirty dishes on call tables, no where to put the shoes the children aren't allowed to wear in the center and the staff have very low customer service/ communication skills. I ordered food from this venue, was told "just a 15 minute wait." 50 minutes after ordering food with 4 hungry children, I had to ask their staff about when the food would come out. the staff were disinterested and very slow. After bringing my food out, the quality of it is very poor and I would recommend NOT eating here. I order a pizza which was burnt and horrible, as well as over priced. it was barely a "pizza." the children order fish and chips which was also poor quality for the price you pay. other parents around me were complaining about food and lack of staff. This venue is poorly maintained and staffed. I'd recommend spending your money else where. dizzy castle - NEVER AGAIN.

I don't recommend it for small children. They have a toddler area which is always open so the big kids just run free and bully the little ones. They had a party which serving nuts so I could see some nuts spread around the toddlers area( very dangerous if your child is allergic to nuts). No staff supervision at all. It was not a good experience for us, so I don't recommend it.

Dizzy's castle is a great venue for kids parties, a general play, and a great place to meet for a catch up with friends, especially on a wet day. Dizzy's has a great menu, and it's healthy too. Suitable for all ages from babies to pre-teens, and the kids never get tired of coming here.

Thanks very much Dizzy's for a brilliant party weekend for my niece's birthday. I was really impressed with the place, there was heaps to do and Dizzy the Dragon was an awesome party entertainer! As customer, taking my kids to the famous Dizzy Castle, and watching their face light up as i pull into the driveway, is Awesome. Its wonderful to be meet with a warm welcoming smile and told to enjoy Ur time here, as the kids rush off to play. The food is Impressively prepared. Cleanliness shows here that the staff really work hard; and also they defiantly work hard to help a customer, and a child at any point. i definitely will be putting the word out there, and i will be back more and more times.

This place is awesome. Kids love it. As a parent it's really nice to go somewhere with lots of healthy food to choose from unlike other places that serve not much more than sausage rolls and fried chips. Was also impressed by how clean it is. Staff are really friendly and the castle theme is a nice touch. Will definitely be going there again.

Great play centre for all ages, but not a great place to go and relax with the kids as there are to many places they can go where you cant see them. The kids have fun, but the adults are constantly looking for them. It would be better for the older kids.
