I emailed dj masters regarding feedback and they don't bother to acknowledge it so here it is.

Feedback I had from guests and myself from using DJ Masters for my wedding on the 1st March 2024. 

Our DJ was Mitch. 

I have a few issues that arose throughout the night which left a sour taste in my mouth. 

- Music played was not what was given on the extensive list. 

- He did not play the correct wedding dance song. I had to get youtube on my phone to pay the correct song for him (which I had checked with him prior to the day)

- Music was extremely loud, people had to go outside to have conversations

- He did not talk to my MC and tell people to request music or invite people on to dance floor when asked to do so

We feel as though we paid for a service that a jukebox could have performed better. 

I would not recommend them to anyone who likes music other than the nutbush, love shack and grease lightning!! [redacted inflammatory comment] The dj literally let all songs come to an end, paused then played the next song! The only let down to our wedding was the dj and the fact he completely was out of his depth with modern and current music!

A professional, reliable, affordable and great service! Bianca made the planning effortless and stress free. Our requests were clearly communicated between Bianca and our DJ before our night. Our DJ, Casey was absolutely great! He was polite, professional and respectful. We provided a recommended song list and a 'songs to avoid' list that was used to help guide the music style for the night. Casey adhered to this and kept all requests in check. If a guests request cleared the dance floor - Casey brought the party back in a heart beat. Thank you DJ Masters for making our night amazing!

We used DJ Masters for our wedding too. The initial booking process was simple, and they kept in touch leading up to the wedding. The DJ who we were allocated on the night managed to work with the few instructions we gave her to produce a play-list that matched the night perfectly - from the low key background music, getting the right songs for the various scheduled 'events' through the evening, and then playing dance-sets that got the crowd up and dancing like maniacs. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

We used DJ Masters for our wedding. Music was fantastic, organisation highly professional, definitely recommend!
