Hi Ladies and Gents Would just like to share my horrible experience I had with this Dj company. March this year I hired Dj Blue Entertainment to be the Dj and MC at my wedding. Half an hour before the reception started I was notified that the Dj had packed up and left without an explanation! Leaving us with no music or Dj for the night, and were then told by the management that they had no one to replace the DJ. After the wedding we tried to contact Dj Blue entertainment but they wouldn't answer and when we did get in contact they said we had the wrong number. They have not refunded our money, so we paid them $600 for no Dj!! And still refuse to speak to us or refund our money. Please do not go with this company! We do not want this to happen to anyone else's special day!

If I could give less than a half star I would. My sister used DJBlueentertainment for her wedding. The DJ turned up at the venue, started setting up and then decided they didn"t want to DJ That night and packed back up and left an hour before the reception started. When we tried to call the DJ and the management of the company we received no reply. Eventually we managed to get through to the management who apologized on behalf of the DJ who they had been in contact with the DJ said "couldn't make it to the venue because of car trouble, which as we had seen DJ earlier at the venue. Eventually a replacement Dj arrived 2 and a half hours after the reception had begun, minus the lighting, Chosen playlist or any sign of enthusiasm. After the wedding the management was uncontactable and no refund or partial refund was offered. TO ANYONE WHO IS PLANNING AN IMPORTANT EVENT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, UNFRIENDLY AND UNWILLING TO HELP.

Do not use this company! my daughter paid them $600, spent months organising a playlist for her special day, and they just didnt turn up for the reception! when we rang them, they said sorry all their DJ s Re busy, and there was nothing they could do. so we were left hanging with no music, lights or MC! after the wedding we tried to contact them to try to get some compensation or refund, but they just didnt answer their phone, emails, or letters! so please dont use this company, you will be very disapointed like we were! I would like to give them no stars at all!, but unfortunately it wont work.
