This firm was refusing to provide a certificate of occupancy to the property owner unless a boundary fence of standard height at the rear of the block was replaced.

They only relented when the adjacent property owner contacted them with advice from council that the fencing was a matter between owners and should not hold up the granting of a certificate of occupancy.

One of the worst building companies me and my family have had to deal with. Poor service. Still waiting for a response to our problem regarding the pipes connecting to our sewage and yet they are happy to take your money. Stay away from this company.
