We had a full bathroom renovation done. From stripout to end, Duncan and his team were professional, informative and punctual.

I received quotes from others that were not as detailed and you really didn't know what you were getting or why. Duncan did not just give you a detailed quote, but explained why things needed to be done and how was the best way to go about it.

He never did anything without explaining why, or getting your approval, and when he thought something could be done better, would let you know.

Overall the service i got from the whole team at DNA was fabulous and i would highly recommend them for any renovation needs. And the end result is the best looking bathroom in the street!!!

Our Bathroom, Toilet and Washbasin (3 separate rooms) were rearranged and totally renovated. This involved rearranging walls and windows and installing new fittings, plumbing and tiling.
Duncan and his team care about their work and kept us fully informed all the way through the job. They discussed problems, suggesting solutions rather than just going ahead without consulting with us.
They got stuck in, did a great job and cleaned up as they went. The only delays were our fault (deciding on fittings) but they still managed to meet the deadline.
We are very happy with our new bathroom and would recommend DNA to everyone.

I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to you and all the DNA Crew for my beautiful new bathroom and would also like to take the opportunity to write a testimonial for anyone considering undertaking a renovation job big or small.

I warned Duncan before taking on my job that he was dealing with a self proclaimed “stress-head” but he did everything to set my mind at ease both before and during the 2 weeks it took to complete my project. Duncan was accessible to help me out making decisions and to discuss everything from tile selection to me worrying about my cat being scared off with noise and having strangers around!

While I did get other quotes and opinions, at the end of the day I decided to go with what felt right and I couldn't be happier that I did. What could have been a tough couple of weeks was made incredibly easy thanks to Duncan and his team's professionalism, tidiness and care.

The initial reason for me undertaking the renovation was a leaking shower and Duncan was the only one who took the time to explain to me what needed to be done to fix it properly and more importantly why. I had others promise “quick fix” jobs and looking back knowing what I know now, I shudder at the thought of having gone down that track as it would have been a temporary fix and ended up costing me more down the track.

From the outset, Duncan and I discussed my ideas and he gave me options to work with within my budget. Everything was transparent and clearly presented in the professional paperwork and contract so there were no “hidden surprises”.

And the end result? I called my parents back home in NZ when the job was finished and broke the bad news that I may never move back now because I'm so wrapped with my new bathroom. It's really made by apartment feel like a home and I'm sincerely grateful to Duncan and his team for all their efforts.

Last comment…aside from being a worrier I'm also a clean freak and a perfectionist but I think Duncan could give me a run for my money in the best possible way!

So, if you're at the stage of considering starting a project I would say without hesitation that giving Duncan a call would be a great place to start.
