Really disappointed with this practice. I made an appointment through healthengine last week. Turned up yesterday to be told the doctor doesn’t take new patients. The receptionist then told me she tried to call me an hour earlier to inform me. I’ve made this appointment almost a week ago!!!
Secondly, I’ve visited the practice before, but they couldn’t find my details, just my husband’s. I had to go home without seeing this doctor.
Needless to say we won’t consider them again. Maybe this is one of the symptoms of a dismal Australian medicare system.
