Sue is extremely personable and has a lovely grooming setup for my Bichon - Louis. She is very professional , and super friendly with the dogs, being a true doggie lover. Her grooming abilities are most importably very impressive, and Louis' grooms are all very precise, neat, powder white and he has a stunning buffon, all in all he comes away looking like a show dog! Sue always goes the extra mile and spends the time. I highly recommend her grooming talents and services, she is highly qualified, but also actually very good in practice! Louis is always very happy after a groom, and now I am on a regular grooming cycle, it takes the headache of maintaining his luxurious coat away!

Sue fitted us in at short notice before Easter. We felt welcome when we arrived and had a great day playing with the other dogs in the garden whilst Mum headed off to work. Sue asked Mum about our haircut and looked at photos. When Mum picked us up she loved the smooth haircut and the Easter bandanas. We are both looking forward to coming back for beautiful hair styling and being looked after by Sue who was gentle and patient with us. Thanks Sue. Mimi and Bear. Elwood.

I had my dog Louie groomed today with Sue Palmer may I say I was so impressed with the service.. Sue was very easy to talk to and to discuss what type of clipping would be desirable and suit Louie her experience and kindness showed through .. out of all the groomers I have been to Sue outshone them all it just takes one person to make you feel at ease with there dog and sue defiantly has that.. rest assured you will be 100% satisfied with her service.. Sue is very knowledgeable about grooming and spent time talking to me on the 'phone first about how she approaches working with the dogs, before I had to commit. She was calm and considerate of my dog's temperament, and he seemed very happy when I picked him up, besides looking absolutely fantastic and handsome. My 10 year old couldn't stop commenting on how soft he looked!

We absolutely adore Sue :) My little man Boston loves grooming day at Sue's because to him it also means he gets to play with all the other puppies. I am was very impressed that Sue gave me a number of days that would be best suitable to my little man, he is a 21 week old caboodle who loves to play with other dogs, so she made sure that he was booked in with other puppies and small dogs. Doggies Day Out is truly a day out for our little creatures. When the weather is great they have a grass garden to play in while they are not on the grooming table this was a very big drawing point for me when i started looking for groomers. I do not crate Boston and therefore I was after a groomer that had a play area and did not keep the dogs confined to crates throughout the day. You can tell Sue is a true dog lover, she is always so excited to see Boston, and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of dogs from grooming to behaviour training. She takes the time to teach you how to brush your pooch properly, and is more then happy to answer any non grooming related questions and give you a few very much welcomed great tips, i was overjoyed that she went beyond what i expected, as Boston being my first fur child i am always wanting to learn what's best for him. As for Sue's grooming work, i was utterly amazed and impressed. After seeing some grooming horror stories i was nervous, although i left Sue feeling at ease, she showed me exactly how much would be removed before i left so i knew what i was in for.
