this is a fairly large cattery with a out door play area which cats are allowed to use a couple of times a day. They also try and pat the cats where possible to make them feel comfortable. Being upstairs it can be hard to transport the cats to their location. They were happy to give a tour. I was happy with the first usage but the second time the cats caught a cold from another cat that was not isolated so we have not used it since.
