I especially drive from the Shire to give them the business as they are very good with the dogs. My problem is that they never answer their phone and never return calls. I have been trying all week to get an appointment but as yet they have yet to return a call. This is a regualr occurrence.Very poor service in this regard. Pity that returning business is not well regarded by them. Have never insisted on a written business receipt either, so this helps them out too. Anyway, will find someone else to give my money to.

Jo is absolutely wonderful with my Cocker Spaniel, she is also very flexible , as I too have a business and its not a big deal if you cant pick your pet up as soon as he is cut. She always does a very professional job and is very reasonably priced. Her salon is always spotless and there is plenty of parking.

Great place and groomer who really cares about your dog and is willing to go that extra mile to make you and your dog as happy as can be.You can tell they are true pet lovers! The price is amazing as well! Highly recommended.
