Dogtainers

We recently used Dogtainers for our 2 new family members to come from down south to brisbane. We were blown away by the service!

Just wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent use of Dogtainers services. I have relocated from Brisbane to Perth, and my two cats Harry and Buffy traveled with me on Virgin Australia on Tuesday 6 August. Their longest trip prior to this has been a short car ride to the vet and back, so naturally I was very apprehensive and concerned as to how they would handle a cross-country plane ride! From the moment I spoke to a representative on the phone to book them in, until my babies were delivered to my new house in Perth, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that Dogtainers provided. I am so happy to have my kiddies with me, even more so seeing them arrive healthy and in good spirits. I will have no hesitation in using Dogtainers again! Thank you so much for your excellent care.
