This company supplied blinds for my loungeroom. Their initial service was very good but when I had a small malfunction with one of the blinds, within the warranty period, they were very slow to respond. Blaming the lack of service on a "new" employee isn't impressive at all. If you're looking for inexpensive, good quality blinds, this place is quite good. Just watch their after sales service carefully.
