I had been looking for a great hairdresser in my area for ages. I tried at least 4 and was bitterly disappointed and suffered a few bad hair days as a result. Finally, after much searching I came upon Dolls Point Hair Design. From the time I entered the salon, the staff were friendly & caring and I really felt that I had finally found someone who understood what I wanted. The owner, Caroline is very warm and walks around making sure everything is running smoothly. Anne looked after me on my first visit. She was delightful. I loved the colour, got a great treatment that my hair was just screaming for and a great cut although it will take a few cuts to right the wrongs of a past hairdresser. I expected all this great treatment to cost me a fortune and I would have gladly paid it,but I was pleasantly surprised as I had paid lots more at all the other hairdressers in the area. I made several dates for future treatments and have been there again since. I was greeted with the same warmth the second time round and was made to feel like I had been a valued client for ages. No wonder this business has been going for years. I'm so grateful that I discovered this great place and am sure I will end up a long standing client.
