Do not use this company. He took all the money upfront and then took months to deliver the goods as they were manufactured in China. Once installed these were the issues:
- They were the wrong size and finished above the architraves.
- They did not even sit straight; capitulating towards the middle.
- The miter joins were completely off and the blind border pieces had cracks in them.
- the top capping to the blinds that was installed was broken and fell off 1 week later.

[redacted personal identifier] Domain Blinds and Shutters responded in the following way:

- During the several month wait period for the goods. We explained to him that because he had the money upfront there was nothing we can do now; his response: "That's exactly right; there is nothing you can do now"

- Once confronted with the photos of the hideous job his installer did he blamed it on the existing site conditions, despite the fact that he did around 3 site visits and site measures before install. And when checked with a level the floor was straight.

Needless to say he offered no compensation and did not even send anyone back to rectify the issues.

In summary - DO NOT USE THIS GUY / COMPANY!!
