Be careful with these people. In my experience with them it seemed like they spent more effort trying to avoid problems (with the house) than it would take to fix them. It took six months (or if you prefer; the entire length of our initial lease) for them to fix a severe issue with the electricity that we had been promised would be fixed before we moved in. They also tried to withhold our bond when we inevitably moved out, despite the fact that we left the house in better condition than when we started the lease. Very little was done to the house for it meet the basic standards of living. Lawyers were involved and they eventually returned our money to us.
