the quality of the products are great, but the service was not good at all, and the prices seemed a bit expensive compared to other associated companies

I popped in today, not to buy anything , just for a look. No one asked me if I wanted anything. I did go up to one lady at a desk and asked if they had a coffee shop near and she was chatty and nice.

Went to purchase a new printer and ended up at this store. Found the sales person very much on the ball in relation to printers and value for money.
Eventually purchased a Hewlett Packard printer.

Approximate cost: $75
