I've never ordered over the phone or internet from Domino's, but was lucky enough to win some vouchers recently. When purchasing with some of the vouchers I didn't feel all that comfortable. You'd swear the staff were having to cover the cost themselves. The pizzas were delicious, but I'm not sure I would return with anymore. A win should be exciting, but not this time.

Slow, Slow, Slow. Placed an order over phone, taken by trainee who assured me of it arriving within one hour. Rang up after one hour and was told it would arrive in the next 10 minutes. Phoned up manager after another 20 minutes after having to feed my guests nibblies and toasted sandwiches to be told it was on its way. No compensation offered. Will go back to Eagle boys from now on I think. We would have picked it up had we known of the delays! Terrible customer service from trainee, and not the best from manager either.
