Over the past couple of months we have ordered pizza's on- line from Dominos in Kings Langley. We have had problems with them each time - either they don't want to honour what is written on the shopper docket and have tried to charge way over the price advertised or they have taken so long to deliver the pizzas. Last night was the last straw for us. We had ordered the pizzas on-line but when it came to the payment we had the same old story of them charging more than the docket stated. We rang them up and asked for the managers phone number so that we could speak to him directly and were given a number. I eventually ended up going down to Dominos and whilst down there my husband rang up to see what was happening. He had rung the number we were given and was given the run around. I asked the guy in charge if he knew who the manager was and he told me it was him. I then asked him how could he be on the phone to my husband when he was working at the shop when I was there and he had not answered a phone to anyone - I got no clear answer. By this time there were at least 10 other people in the shop and everyone of them had a complaint about the service etc. Many of them had been waiting an hour & a half to 2 hours for their pizzas. After a while I asked another question and the manager was exremely rude towards me as well as the other customers who were in the shop. Sorry Dominos but my custom will go elsewhere in future.
