Terrible food and service
Took two and half hours to get our order despite being told repeatedly that it was on 10mins away. When it finally arrived it was under cooked and cold - I didn’t even think you could do that to pizza

Firstly I had a great deal of trouble trying to order my pizza online. The cost of two pizzas and two cheesy bread was a bit pricy. The one good thing was the pizza arrived on time, but the pizzas were not no even cut and my partner and I had to do it ourselves. He ended up ringing Dominos to explain his frustration and they would resend the order for free. After an hour or so I received a call from them and they asked if our order had been delivered and I said no. Then they asked me did we still want the pizza and I said yes. Ten mins later the pizzas arrived and the pizzas were still not cut even though that is why we complained in the first place.

Domino's in Port Kennedy is a flag ship for Domino's Pizza. The Pizza's are always very well made and unlike many other Pizza places, the Pizza's do like the pictures and are delicious.
Waiting times are very accurate so from the time I order the Pizza, hop in the car and arrive in store, the Pizza just comes out of the oven.

good value for money with the vouchers they mail out for $5.95 or $6.95 pizzas, but my husband is allergic to onions so when we order his pizza I'm always especially sure to say "please make sure you dont get bits of onion on the pizza as he is allergic to onions... but 9 times out of 10 he will find onion on the slices! If someone is allergic to a product you should make sure you take care not to put that ingredient on the pizza!!
