Booked for 26 people with two weeks notice upon arrival we were the only people in the restaurant my mothers 70th all family booking at 6.30pm place looked deserted after 20min a waitress came over and took drink orders fine 40 min later we asked for our drinks she brought out half only 7.55pm still no other people in restaurant no service half drink order we rang lapachetta greensborough great meals good service freindly we all walked out of doms and was offered a free pizza if we would stay hope the place closes down what a dump

l thought the prices were a bit expensive You get good size meals in the restaurant, but unfortunately their service lets them down, very very slow, and snappy not all the meals arrived at the same time, not good to have some people at the table eating, while the others are still waiting.

A Friday lunch not that busy got a table for quick, drinks quick but it was over a 20min wait on food asked one of the girls how long it would be food took about 5 min after that and she also gave us a free jug of soft drink. Which was nice

Party of 11 going out for a quiet dinner, arrived about 7.15pm. ordered meals, one came out, by the time it was nearly finished, 9 more arrived, finally the last one arrived cold (obviously forgotten) a steak. We were just finishing our meals when the waitress informed us they were closing in 15 minutes, not a very good night. None of us will be going back there.

Delicious food, very friendly staff. It has a great family atmosphere, its a place you can take your whole family too and everyone would have a great time.
