I thought they treated me very gently I hadn't been for a check up for while. They understood I was nervous and spent a lot of time talking to with me. I really appreciated that.

Absolute joke - don't waste your time or money.
Despite my appt being first thing in the morning, I was made to wait 1/2 an hour before being seen. The receptionist called me the wrong name. The dentist called me a different wrong name and despite filling out their pre consultation form, they also got my name wrong on the patient file.

When I made the booking I was asked what the nature of the problem was and I explained there were several things that needed attention. Despite this, after examining my teeth I was told "we're too pushed for time today, so you'll need to come back next week for us to do the actual procedure" and they still had the gall to charge me $70.

Immediately before the examination, the dentist asked what the problem was and I explained in detail the two things that I felt needed looking at. He looked at the first thing I mentioned but completely ignored the 2nd thing and was ready to quickly usher me out so he could get to his next patient. It was only after I mentioned the 2nd problem again that he suggested an xray, where he proceeded to jam the xray apparatus into my mouth, despite being told the area was very painful and inflamed. When I reacted to the pain he filled out an xray referral (for a nearby imaging business) and sent me on my way.

A very poor experience all round. I won't be returning.

I went to this dental surgery after some pretty bad experiences with dentists since moving to Newcastle. They were wonderful! Very gentle treatment - had a check up, 2 fillings (one of these fillings was to correct one my last dentist did) and a clean and it didn't hurt a bit and they are also extremely friendly staff and was quite affordable as well ( I am in a health fund). This will be my regular dentist from now on!

Very happy with the dentist and the dental nurse is a bit hot ! Shouldn't really say that. Good value for money and reasonably painless. Will be back .

I was really impressed. Was really scared about pain and the cost of going to the dentist, but they all made me feel really comfortable and it was affordable too. No worries :)

I have been to this dentist for just over a year and I have always been happy there. If you hate going to the dentist like I do, these people understand and try to make it as pleasant as possible.
