Kim made me feel amazing her level of professionalism was next to brilliant and her prices were even better

I have trust issues with hairdresseres and I am really short of time with work etc and drive past this hairdressers all the time wondering if they were any good, as I was over the leangth of my long hair on a day off I decided to chop it off!! I went in with no appointment ( I know this is really naughty but Im one of these people who would back out if I made one) asked if anyone had time for a hair cut? A staff member (Karen) said they were booked but to come back later I must have seemed really dishartened as she then asked "what exactly did I want done?" I told her I just want my hair chopped off to my shoulders that was all. she then told me to take a seat she could squish me in while a colour was developing!!

Now I dont recommend walking in all the time but I was very gratefull that she could do it then and there!! They seemed really busy and knew what they were doing, all staff seemed happy and you could sense that!
I got great vibes from them so much so that I am booking a colour with them ( I norm do myself) and will comment on how they go !
