Excellent range of produce and what I think is quite a reasonable rice - particularly given the increasing price of non organic produce these days!

The staff are very friendly - you feel like you are really supporting a small business.

I shop in here for specifics, particularly their yoghurt, goat's cheese, spelt home-made pies and natural peanut butter. They also have a good selection of breads to choose from. Most other things you can source in other places at a cheaper price. The fruit & vegetables are pricey, so I source elsewhere, although the quality is great! I think their prices match the Mt Eliza postcode, but you really don't have to pay the price for shopping in a suburb, when there is s much competition out there. The staff are friendly, will have a chat, but will also leave you to browse in peace. There is definitely room for expansion of their product lines.
