The customer service is appalling. I placed a order for a hot chocolate and the staff totally forgot my order. I stood there for 10 minutes until I said I was still waiting then I get told that the assistant didn't know how to work machine.

I love the donuts and coffee from this place. For only $4.50 I get a large Latte and two cinamon donuts. Hows that for value.
