Do not buy from here. I ordered an outfit for my birthday at the same time. Two out of three items came. I had to contact to follow up missing item only to be told it was out of stock. if out of stock why not list it on the website?? I could get a refund for that one item but the other two only store credit. ‘Great’ except the main item missing was the outfit and the two I received were accessories so pointless without the outfit. Then I was after the 7 days return policy as the outfit came in separate packages. The jacket I did receive is so small and terrible quality material. I would get better value from a $2 shop than this site. Do not buy.

Terrible. Said they are Australian, came from China. Product that arrived in mail was nothing like the photograph online. I emailed them and their reply stated they must of sent the wrong item. I could send back or get a credit. The fabric is cheap and nasty. Do not order. I wish I’d checked customer reviews first. They don’t even warrant one star.

Dreadful store with dreadful quality items. Unless you can fit into children’s clothes even the XL items and above won’t fit you. First time around I returned the item and only received a store credit after getting PayPal involved. The items purchased with the store voucher were just as bad. I’ve done my money! I will give the items to my friends daughter. Stay away from this store. It isn’t in Sustralia and you can get items from SHEIN and the like cheaper. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!

Stay away. Ordered bomber jacket size 6X for husband, a Chinese size that wouldn't fit me, a size 16 woman! Refund policy is credit and as a 73 year old I am not into the alternate clothing that this company offers. I should of read reviews first to see abundant dissatisfied customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Claim to be an Australian business but they’re obviously charging you the earth for what you think is an Australian product but the reality is they buy it from China cheaply then overcharge their Australian customers and you have to wait ages for cheap products. I’m still waiting after a month. I’ve sent emails one response basically trying to blame me then finished email with a patronising “ much love”. Do not order from these guys as they do not have their customers interest at heart.

Everything is true to size some things were a little big but thats because im an A cup. The swimwear is amazing, its now my favorite swimwear i own. Good quality, the swimwear took about 1 month to come and the clothes took 2 months and i live in aus. I am happy with what i received. I do recommend this store!

OK Doof Store
I was incredibly worried about my order firstly due to the $$$ spent but mostly due to the poor reviews but everyone this is a legitimate site, the items are as described you get what you pay for and yes most items did arrive from China but DHL Air Freight and one item from within AUS and well packaged. I would happily use Doof Store again but everyone please lower your expectations

Avoid this store! I chose this store as it was Australian however the product was straight from China and extremely poor quality given their high prices. Communication is terrible, there is no contact number and they take ages to respond via facebook/email. My package arrived 2 days before my event and it was in the wrong size. I therefore had no time to return it and find something else so spent hours altering it so it was JUST wearable. Extremely disappointing for the price paid.

At first I was concerned I’d have to wait a long time for my order to arrive because there is no tracking available at this time. I sent an enquiry email to ask when the eta is. Although it took about 5 days for a response the response was nice and honest. I had received my goods within that time and all was good. Very cute bunny jumper and hot bikini.
My suggestion is for tracking to be applied to orders and for faster response to enquires.
This is an Australian based retailer but as like so many other retailers the products do come from China. There’s a difference between a retailer and design and made. I see other reviews saying this is a negative but this is a very usual business style. It’s just like Kmart is an Australia business but all their products come from China and Indonesia. So don’t be put off by that business structure unless you’re trying to by Australian made.
