Avoid this business! Took 11 days and two phone calls to receive quote. Two other quotes - less than $2000 (exactly the same quote specs)..... Mornington Door World $5320-70. They obviously do not want the business!!!!
replacement of accident damaged 1 of pair Gliderol Garage Roller Doors debacle from start to finish = misled me re- Colorbond Colour Chart change = Biege no longer available (did not tell me that and picked their own colour which does not match at all) Installed the wrong height Door!! Profile does not match, not secure (3 inch gap at bottom and does not roll fully onto Drum and have not rectified after 2 years!! GIMME A BREAK
I am sorry you feel this way Tom. When you ordered your door it was recommended that you replace both doors due to the age, but your insurance would only pay for one so you chose not to. It was clearly written on your quotation, which you accepted, that the colour fade would be noticeable due to the age. We havent heard from you since about a week after they were installed 2 years ago so are unaware of any other problems.
