I would not recommend this business to anyone. I ordered two solid timber external doors to be made and stained. I was asked for quite a large deposit and then heard nothing. l contacted doors plus and was told the stainer was off sick. Seven months from the order time the doors arrived. Then l was left with the glass film to remove myself ( which was difficult and l had to buy tools) and a deadlock that the installer decided not to fit. Phone calls to Charlie resulted in no help. Now one of the doors won't shut. My advice go anywhere else. Doors plus is not cheap but behaves like a cheap business

Recently I had a problem with 2 doors in the home which seemed a little complex to solve for an old senior (77 years ). I went to Doors Plus where I spoke to Charles who said I could save some money and went into great detail on how I could go about it but it was all too much for me. Two days later Charles came out and fixed both doors. Here's what I do know : It was a pleasure meeting Charles as he's one of those friendly people you come across now and again, cheerful, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and I will always go back to Doors Plus.

Terrible customer service, lost measurements, no one returns phone calls, told deposit had been refunded when it had not been. No one in this company seems to know what is happening and is not able to contact each other. A complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

The in store service was excellent. But when it came to the install, this was of a poor standard and took a long time to be rectified.

There are lots of places you can purchase a door, so make a wise choice and choose somewhere else. Poor communication start to finish and blamed me for not knowing that the salesperson/owner forgot to offer insulation against the weather. Now we have an admittedly very attractive door that allows the wind through due to a lack of proper insulation. Don't try complaining to the owner, he couldn't give two hoots about his customer. And don't think Doors Plus will help because the store is independently owned. An expensive lesson in why you should always read the reviews before making a purchase.

Doors plus no fuss.....what a joke. Appointments cancelled without informing me. The manager is extremely rude to say the least. I have never been swore at like this man did. On a good note the installer I had was very professional. Would not recommend this business to anyone

Asked for front door ( single) to be fitted for new one (double). When contracted installer arrived - door had been made to their measurements which were wrong - I had paid for "non-standard" door sizes to exactly fit the opening - then had to pay contractor for a new blade for his saw to trim the doors to fit - Doors Plus would not compensate me or the contractors for the mix up!
