Selecting the right door for us was made easy with Adam's help. Installation was done two weeks earlier than we expected. Installation was done by Troy from Doors Plus Stafford and we highly recommend his work. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to deal with. The whole experience was hassle free.

I’m lucky it seems as we never did part money. The hands down, rudest staff I have ever encountered. Doors plus; all fuss.

Incompetent with poor leadership and management from the whole team from Sam to Nick, great at selling doors useless at everything else. I am surprised that Sam is still in business with how he runs his store and treats customers. You will constantly be told the manager (Sam) needs to call you and you WILL NEVER HEAR FROM HIM. We have spent over $18K on doors and they communicate poorly or don't communicate at all. They will collect money from and book you in for install and don't turn up and don't bother calling to advise they won't be turning up.
They have no interest in service delivery or customer service once they get your money. Honestly save yourself the headache and go somewhere more reputable. At this stage still waiting for our doors to be installed after taking time off work for their fitters NOT to turn up and no one bothered to tell us. Both days we were left to call to understand why. One day the fitter had a Aust Citizenship ceremony to attend - would have thought you would have know that well in advance, next day nothing again but told he called us. NO HE DIDN'T.
Also don't bother calling their head office 1800 956 964, you will met with the rudest receptionist who couldn't care less about customers experience. All she could say was Sam needs to deal with us, he is the VP and store owner we at Doors Plus can't do anything. WOW just WOW, this store is a poor reflection of your company name. I would like to think you would care. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE USELESS PEOPLE.

Dont ever use doorsplus

They Don't pay properly, fire you without actual cause. I tried to deal with this privately but I have been blocked by the one number I still had in Charley who refused to give me relevant numbers. Gave this store everything, for nothing but a kick in the guts in return, I really didn't wanna have to be petty and post it in their socials but they owe me like 2 grand.

If this is still up you can assume I still haven't been paid I will remove it once they do what they legally have to do. I'd rather cleanly break ties but they've chosen to be difficult.

AVOID. We had a job that was supposed to take 10 weeks, it took 5 months, and if you read the reviews you will get a common understanding of the excuses.
Why it's not ready

2. We have your order right here ( no they dont)
3. Why is it taking so long , " We messed up your order"
Installation
1. Why didn't you show up forgot to book it
2. Why didn't you show up, Installer sick, dog sick,wife sick ect
3. Why didn't you show up, we will have to book it for next week
4. Installer shows up, can't install because he didn't do the quote
5. Installer shows up installs , we say hope your wife is feeling better, he says , I don't have a wife.

Don't bother sending a response to the complaints email , they forward it straight to the store who ignore it .
Deal with these folks at your own risk

If you are looking for value, quality and professionalism DO NOT use Doors Plus Stafford. Not only are our doors the wrong colour on front and back (beige not white) the edges which were painted after trimming are a different shade of white (cool white). We paid a premium to have Doors Plus paint and install the doors only to be left completely disappointed and out of pocket. We now have to remove all doors and repaint ourselves. They simply look terrible.

We approached them about this only to be told it was our fault. They honestly treated us like idiots and simply didn't care or provide any form of customer service. The 'part owner' was rude and offered us a pittance as compensation.

I honestly cannot express how disappointed I am and how sorry I feel for myself for forking out $3500 for the worst job ever. The offered us $250 discount. We foolishly took it and i am still so upset. I don't think we would have got any better from them though. They simply did not care.

I beg you to please not use them. It will only end in you wasting money.

This is about Gold Coast Store, the worst service I have ever received door to be installed in 6 to 8 weeks took 3 months, the manager (Sam) lies and is good at getting a sales and then nothing. Change your slogan to Doors Plus nothing but Fuss

have been waiting since Feb 2018 for nearly $4000 of Doors, Stafford store has no communication skills, "owner" is very rude to women and very condescending, doors themselves are expensive and are of poor quality white paint is yellowish. Gary the "owner" will blame you for any errors and other staff will hide beside the "owner". regret buying from Stafford door plus. a very poor business, simply look at other reviews, I wish I did.

No Fuss! they mean it, I extremely appreciate their customer service and product delivery, Gary, the owner of the store was so helpful while I was making a choice for my new home, wherein Scott, the carpenter delivered magnificently what was needed!

Their jingle is "Doors Plus, no fuss". That could not be more deceptive. The salesman that I dealt with initially quoted on a door that they couldn't supply. Then he came to measure the door & got the measurements wrong. He also complained incessantly about his ex-wife. When the door arrived, the tradie said that he couldn't fit it to the frame because of the measurement error. Nobody told the guy who came to fit the screen who had to re-schedule for after the new door was fitted. Error after error meant that I had to wait almost 3 months for a new door and screen and the end result was a very poor job and the door started to split. If you need a new door - try somewhere else.
