I was interstate for business and stuck in a hotel room. I was hoping to go visit a friend on the other side of Sydney for the birth of her child. I had no transportation other than taxis and it was the end of a really long day. Speaking to James, he offered me a fantastic solution to create a vibrant colourful bunch of flowers and drop them to my hotel so that I could go straight to see my friend. He was professional, creative in his arrangement and had a great attitude for fabulous customer service. In an environment today where a lot of service organisations forget this critical attitude, James comes up trumps in my books!
