I booked a Travel Testing with Douglass Moir for $150. A friend later advised that there is another accredited company who is offering the same service for $110 and issue a report which is Internationally accepted. When I called Customer Service why they are charging $40 extra for the same report the responded that because their company is nationally accredited. Justification for ripping off customer is National accreditation.
I requested a refund which they offer for $20 admin fee. However they refused to process the refund because according to them it is considered a change of mind. Their cancellation policy is very very ambigious.

It's not about $40 but I feel indignant as a consumer that there are these petty companies which are making a fortune out of people's unfortunate situations.

My suggestion is don't go with this pathology.. if you have no other choice make sure you pay only after using the service. Don't prepay

I highly recommend this laboratory, one day I have my blood test done here it was urgent and they don't have bulk billing, but the lady did my blood test done and told me that she will send the bill in my mailing address what a relief. great service great people
