They were supposed to fix a washing machine which they could not and stuffed my warranty. They came onto my property when I was not there and lied on the phone when confronted even though I had witnesses to prove otherwise.

I too have had just a horrible experience with this company!
I had a water filter replaced under a 2 year warranty and it was a **itfight from start to finish. Which was, incidentally, a full 6 months to have it replaced. The staff were absolutely horrible and treated me with disrespect, ignored phone calls, lied continuously and in general gave the impression that they went to work to socialise with each other and the customer was a huge inconvenience for them.
Just a shocking place to deal with, the worst experience I have ever had. I'll be taking anything I need repaired into Brisbane when we travel down.
STAY AWAY from these people! Or don't say that you haven't been warned.
