We recently purchased bamboo flooring from carpet court five dock and were shocked by the low level of service provided. We repeatedly told them the dates we would need the floors installed and confirmed that this would be enough lead time etc. When the installation dates did arrive we were shocked to discover that the floors were not in stock yet and were in fact being shipped still. This delay end up costing us an additional week and additional costs. To add to this, we received no customer service at all and had to keep contacting them for updates. Also, the floor care package we were promised was not delivered and we had to go and collect this - at which point they didnt remember us even though we had been in the shop to discuss the floors with them on two occasions. Next time I would recommend purchasing the materials directly from the manufacturer and employing contractors (the carpet court contractors were excellent)
