I found Pregs to have a wonderful calm nature that is reassuring and he was a delight to attend. But as a first time mum I had to ask a lot of questions because he doesn't volunteer information unless he thinks you need it, so I came armed with any concerns in the lead up to appointments so he could steer me in the right direction. I am happy to go back to him as I loved my birth and care.

I have seen Pregs for both of my pregnancies and cannot recommend him enough. He genuinely cares for his patients and more importantly, I trusted his experience, professionalism and calm attitude, which was ever so important as I had complications with my second pregnancy and also a tricky labour. What helped immensely through the process, was knowing that I could trust Pregs' skills and experience. It also helps that his team (particularly Glenda and Allison) are really supportive and always ready to help.

Pregnancy and labour can be such a stressful journey - you want to make sure you have the right doctor!

Two of my friends recommended me to Dr. Pregs and I couldn't be happier! He made my journey memorable and calming. His staff are amazing they are just so caring and helpful, even after Bub was born I felt I could call with all my questions and concerns. Going with Pregs for the birth of our first child Jadon was the best decision that we have made for our family. We found Preg to be a highly experienced OB and the key qualities that we appreciate are that he is trustable, friendly, calm, and has consistently demonstrated high degree of professionalism towards us throughout my pregnancy. Preg is always patient in providing answers to all of our questions/concerns allaying our fears as first time parents, and occasionally with a touch of humour.

I have also found his after hours support service to be extremely helpful, he's always a phone call away and was able to provide assistance to any urgent concerns or simply just to provide comforting assurances. Scheduling appointments for both regular and ad-hoc checkups have not been an issue at all, as it's always been a pleasant experience dealing with his warm and friendly team who work for him, especially Corrine who has been very warm and kind to us.

My labour experience did not go as per what we have initially planned for and post birth, in addition to the physical discomfort I was also feeling emotionally challenged but Preg was again exceptionally patient and understanding in providing both emotional and physical care support for us throughout my stay at the hospital.

We would definitely recommend his service to anyone who is looking for an excellent OB, and would be going back to him for our next pregnancy.

Experienced, professional, friendly, calm, relaxed, simply the best, I would never go to any other obstetrician, strongly recommended.

Pregs & his staff are amazing!!! I've had 2 babies delivered by Pregs under 2 very different circumstances & both times he was always supportive, communicative & informative. I felt so assured during my pregnancies & deliveries knowing I was in such good hands. Pregs has delivered all 3 of my children over a 7 year period. He has a lovely and calm manner and has always been willing to chat and answer any question. He approaches things in a very reasonable and practical manner. His staff at reception are also excellent! Thanks Pregs!

Pregs has looked after me through both of my pregnancies, and I have been extremely happy with the care I have received. Wanting my second child to also be delivered by Pregs was a big factor in my husband and I deciding to move back to Melbourne after a stint overseas. From the moment we met with all at Dr Pregs Pillays suite we knew we had made the right decision to have our first baby. To the ladies at reception (Glenda and Corinne) all of the midwifes, all that were involved in the delivery/birth of Willow to the incredible Dr.Pillay THANK YOU, we have nothing but absolute praise and love for you all! Dr.Pillay was the perfect OB and we have spoken very highly of him since our first appointment and have also recommended him to all friends who are looking to have babies.
