Had my braces done here and been wearing my retainers for over a year now like a good patient and went and saw an Orthodontist friend of mine just to take a look because i could tell something wasn't right. He said there are some major problems with where he finished my bite and this is one of the worst he's seen in a long time. absolutely devastated. he said to go back and ask that he fix it or refund my money but i'm going overseas soon and don't have the time or money to seek legal advice.

Went in for a little filling, my other dentist was booked up for ages, charged me an arm and a leg for a check and xrays as well and gave me a quote for like $6000 worth of work. Did the filling as well and the next day the tooth was killing me. Went back to my old dentist and he said the filling was dodgy and redid the filling, tooth was fine after that. My old dentist said to throw the $6000 treatment plan in the bin, that the guy was just trying to scam me. Don't even know how this guy is even still practising. DO NOT TRUST. Thank goodness my old dentist could squeeze me in as an emergency patient.

Dr Ip was very efficient and seemed to understand my concerns as a patient. He offers a variety of services at reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and the clinic is easy to get to.

Friendly staff and pain free service. Close to station and ample parking. The surgery is modern and very inviting. Probably one of the better experiences I've had at a dentist.
