Dr Mougos took my wisdom teeth out. I was really nervous about this and when I went into theatre the staff made it a real pleasant experience. Would recommend her to my friends and family as I feel she cared and put in the extra time to calm my anxiety. Was able to contact her after hours if I had any problems. Fantastic surgeon had no swelling after surgery.

I had dental surgery performed by Dr Sophie Mougos yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. I was referred to her by my dentist who spoke very highly of her and he was right. I was very pleased with the consultation, Dr Mougos was thorough, explained by case well, took my lifestyle into consideration for longer term solutions. She was able to fit me in for surgery as early as a week’s notice. Surgery went great, she’s an excellent surgeon. More importantly Sophie is lovely, empathetic and caring.

Dr Mougos was extremely professional when I had my wisdom teeth taken out. I had a relatively short recovery and she made me feel very comfortable through the entire journey. Would highly recommend!

Appointment for consultation made and a 2 months wait, apparently due to needing an extended consul'. 12.0 clock appointment. Arrived at 11.50 to fill in the paperwork.
No reason or apology given for delay. Left at 12.45 pm. Called another surgeon and got an appointment within 2 days. I don't care if they are 'really nice and lovely to talk to'. I want a surgeon [redacted clinical content] and that includes maintaining a schedule. At least notify people of an unexpected delay. I did not pay for this appointment as it was not kept by the surgeon but was quoted $280+

Sophie placed 4 implants in my lower jaw a few years ago. The surgery was different to what I expected and happily a non - event, with no pain or swelling and my bridges are still going strong. My dentist referred me again to her recently to remove some teeth from the top jaw and maybe place more implants. She again took the time to explain my options as I wasn't comfortable with losing the rest of my teeth. It was refreshing to have a specialist recommend a conservative option. Again I didn't have any pain or swelling and my dentist commented that she always does such a neat job. Better still, I'm taking her advice and using the money for a cruise. I'm really grateful that she always puts her patient's needs first and I'll send her a postcard!

Sophie is first class! Very caring, gentle and an excellent surgeon. No pain, no complications! I would recommend her services to anyone who may suffer from some kind of Dentophobia!

I got a phonecall from Sophie's nurse, Claire, after all of our problems who confirmed that many, many, many of the patients had the same complaints about her staff. The responsible staff member was fired and I couldn't have been happier with the service since.
