Dr. Pavlov performed a 3 hr. OP on me very professional without any problems during or after.
Pre- as well as post Op care excellent with follow up phone calls first few weeks.
Dr. Pavlov is a very caring kind Dr. 100% focused
on patients well-being.

Had a routine surgery procedure and he was kind, informative and comforting. His professionalism was good and the work he done seems to have been excellent. I am having a normal recovery time. My only critique would be that the surgery schedule blew out by 5 hours and I was stuck waiting for many hours which resulted in unnecessary pain that was not accurately managed by his nursing colleagues initially.

Arrogant and dismissive. He had a prepared speech when he checked on me the morning after my surgery, totally ignored my concerns and kept repeating that everything was fine and I could go home. Ended up with ongoing medical issues and have made four requests since the surgery for the notes to be sent to my GP so I can be referred to a different obstetrician for treatment - his office refuses to send the records.
He charged $900 over the Medicare scheduled fee so I was out of pocket that amount on top of the excess, despite having Top Private Hospital Cover.

I previously used Dr Pavlov for my routine surgery to help control my endometriosis, he is a very pleasant man and takes pride in being accountable to his patients. Is rare to be kept waiting yet he still ensures that he is thorough surgically he is brilliant never leaving a messy scar. He keeps me well informed at all times
