She's good, efficient, well informed, confident. That makes me comfortable to let her deal with my children, I would always recommend her, despite the long waiting periods for upto weeks.

Catherine is very thorough when checking over the kids and listening to my concerns for them if any. Her confidence in her job takes the worry away when I take the kids and bubs to see her. I'd suggest not taking your pram when you go see her as there is no real room for one. The kids are comfortable seeing her and she has some toys in the corner for them to play with when they're not being seen to.
