Dr Hannell is very thorough and has a likable personality. Our two children have been to see him and he knows what he is dealing with and the processes around how to fix the situation. Do not send them an email as they wont respond and the reception staff can be rather blank faced and rude but when you get in with Dr Hannell you will forget all that.
