Bad customer service. So very disappointed coming here. Everything could be better if receptionist knew how to smile and what is customer service. I dont usually write review but have to sign in just to give this place 1 star.
Well I'm am sorry to say that at first phone call I was not impressed with the customer service. When I asked to change the appointment day I just booked at the same phone call I was rudely told well you'll have to wait as I'm not finished putting in the data... and at the front counter when I popped in to check some details so I has it all right I was advised that they don't bulk bill. So I'm trying them again today. I'm really hoping to be treated well. As the lady advised me on the phone that they do bulk bill for my treatment! Here's goes.

That is really bad behaviour, a little manners wouldn't go astray by the sound of things.
