I thoroughly recommend Dr Kate Alessia. I have been a patient of her for the past 12 months or so and can honestly say that if it was not for her I most likely would not be here today. Kate goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and health of her patients. She is both professional and personal in her approach. She gently encourages you but knows when to take the hard line and make you do the things that you know you should but are terrifying. I am extremely grateful to have found her as a therapist.
