An amazing lady obstetrics specialist scanned us and made us feel thrilled about our new baby. She explained everything very well. I will go back for her.

I had been a previous patient of the clinic. I went in for an early scan due to complications of a previous pregnancy 6 months ago.

My partner and I were completely appalled by the bedside manner of the man who did the scan. He barely even looked and then informed me I was either going to miscarry or I wasn't pregnant. He even dared to argue about my previous miscarriage.

We were still charged $240 for his "service" and after getting a second opinion, after a week of heartache, we were informed that the information we were given was incorrect.

I believe that if someone focused on their job properly and acted less argumentative, we wouldn't have been out of pocket for 2 scans.

I will never return to this practice nor will I recommend anyone attends here. We attended the Ringwood East clinic.

Approximate cost: $240

We visited the Ringwood Consulting Rooms for our ultra sounds. The lady who did our scans was excellent, very professional, and courteous. Was thorough, and explained everything to us well.

We were well looked after having ultasounds appts here. They were always on time and then lady friendly and explained everything she was doing or about to do. The DVD's of the scans were great keepsakes. They dont have sound though which someone else has since informed me that theres do from somewhere else so watching it later on its often hard without them telling you what you are looking at to to tell what you are seeing. Once the sonographer slipped what sex the baby was when I didnt want to know, by calling the baby a he. I pretended that maybe they always call babies a he!

This is a smaller, professional office, where many services are offered. My appointments for my ultrasounds were always on time, and the Dr completing the ultrasounds was very friendly.
You can pay to have your images burnt to a disc, which is wonderful. They also have the 3d images available.
There are 2 offices available, boxhill and in ringwood.
