Peter Jurcevic is an outstanding Obstetrician and highly recommend him. Extremely experienced and high level of care. Very personable, thorough and reliable.

Peter is an amazing Doctor!!! Calm, cool and collected. He takes an extra moment to explain everything to you. It’s lovely to understand everything that is happening to you and not to feel rushed. He was always running on time for our appointments.
After long journey to get pregnant it was so refreshing to have a doctor who really cared about my well being.
I can’t imagine there is a better person to delivered our baby!
I feel truly lucky to have had him bringing my baby safely into the world.

Peter Jurceivc was outstanding. He was the obstetrician I saw for my first (and so far only) child.

He wasn't there for the delivery on the day due to being ill, but I was very satisfied with the person who covered for him (Vinay Rane) who listened carefully and was responsive to what I wanted.

Peter helped me prepare for the birth, and Vinay Rane delivered with skill, and as a result of the work of both of them I got through without any tearing or stitches. I couldn't be happier.

Peter was exceptionally responsive and understanding to various concerns that I had through the pregnancy. My mother, husband and I were all delighted with the level of care he provided.

I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his costs were absolutely worth it.

I 30 weeks along and he is always calm, reassuring and very kind.

Very good natured and treats my wild, loud (normal) two boys very well. His patience with them is really great as kids 'will be kids' and he happily talks around my 3yo questions and involved him in the appointment today.

Really respect this man - from day one he has been consistent and has a good memory of where we are up to in the pregnancy.

I had different OB's for my first two, one was great, the other not so great, despite recommendations from family.
Peter has been the best so far.

Price range he is cheaper than our second OB which is part of the reason for the switch in OB's. Also comes in much lower after the Medicare rebate. Call his rooms for pricing in case there have been changes since I started with him Oct 2015.
I am completely satisfied with him to date and the service from his receptionists (I work as a medical receptionist and the job can be tough!) They never make me feel bad for turning up late and work with me on payments.

Looking forward to 'our' delivery and all that goes along with it. Highly recommend Dr Jurcevic to all mums!

I saw Peter for my first baby after being referred to him by my gyno who had just retired from obstetrics. I found Peter to be very knowledgeable, thorough and always put the care of myself & the baby first. I had to have a cesarian due to being breach & delivered a week earlier than planned due to medical reasons identified by Peter. All went well and Peter had great instincts to deliver the baby earlier. I barely have a scar and healed really well; he shows compassion and concern for his patients and took the time to visit me each day I was in hospital. Looking forward to seeing him for his care for future babies.

Peter delivered my baby in 2013 via emergency c-section. His pre birth care and care during labour was amazing! I would have no hesitation using him again.

Saw Peter for my second born and although on the big day I got the back up Dr, I was impressed with his honesty and willingness to trial a VBAC under difficult circumstances. He was very gentle with the mirena insertion afterwards. Fees are average for Melb CBD and medicare rebate is instant. Never left waiting long for an appointment once we arrived.

Peter is a very serious ob and very thorough. of course like any good on he makes u feel important. he organises Medicare rebate of his fees which is convenient. he has a seperate ids waiting room with toys and a door which is great. overall pretty happy with service

Dr Peter Jurcevic delivered 2 out of 3 of my kids in the past 4 years and i would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a experienced and trustworthy OB. He always made me feel confident in my pregnancies and as a high risk patient i never once had any doubts in his abilities to allow me to have full term pregnancies whilst producing healthy babies. He was always available to answer questions or concerns and if he wasn't able to take the call he would call back the same day.
His bed side manner is one of the best Ive seen and his honesty was refreshing....thanks Pete for assisting me with having another 2 gorgeous kids :) R.Lloyd

With no. 1 i developed sudden onset pre eclampsia and bubs was delievered at 34 weeks. And its time like that when you are glad you went with someone as experienced as pete. He was fantastic through it all and the management i received with no. 2 was terrific. And his receptionist Lisa is just lovely. Both are great with answering all your questions and dont get annoyed when you are calling all the time with queries!

I had a fairly straightforward pregnancy, and aimed to have as natural a birth as possible, but wanted the reassurance of having an obstetrician. Peter was very supportive of my wishes to have a natural birth, and I pretty much got this with the exception of a little help from the ventouse at the end to speed up second stage labour. He is a very caring and straightforward obstretrician, who seems to be also very well respected by the midwives that were caring for me during the labour (they confided that he was one of the better ones and that he listens to the patient - which he did with me). He also did as much as possible to prevent me from tearing just prior to the head appearing, and I managed to avoid an episiotomy and came out with just one stitch. He is not afraid to use alternative medicine (eg accupuncture) for preventative measures (such as when baby is up the wrong way). Its not a cheap exercise having a baby, and the fees were about mid range from what I found.
