Dr Sush treated me as a person, and not just a number, taking into account my physical, emotional and mental wellbeing before, during and after the gynaecology procedure that I had. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing an obstetrician or gynaecologist. Hands down the best. Dr Sush has a gentle nature and knows his stuff!

From very first appointment to post op follow up appointment - Dr Naidoo demonstrates compassion & care for his patient/s. Dr Naidoo listened to my issues of concern & my wants (hysterectomy). Dr Naidoo is very thorough in explaining the condition I was suffering with.

Omg, Dr Sushen is amazing. I wasn’t expecting to be out of hospital within 24hrs after having a hysterectomy. He has the care & best interests in his patients. Lovely to talk to & explained everything really well. Highly recommend Dr Sushen for all gynaecology matters. Also hoping he will still be around when I’m daughter is older & might need a gynaecologist, I will be sending her there.

Dr Sushen was our Obstetrician for our first child. He is such a warm and caring person who genuinely makes his patients feel cared for. After our first appointment we knew we had found the right fit and left us feeling like a team.

We had some hiccups along the way but it was so reassuring to know that Sush was just a call away and more than happy to help.

Late in the pregnancy we discovered that a natural birth may not have been the best option. Sush made sure we had all the information we needed to come up with plan B. He told us he would support what ever decision we made and never made us feel pressured or rushed instead he called us later on just to check in with us.

While we were in hospital after the birth Sush took the time to pop in on his weekend and check in on us and even grabbed a cheeky photo with our little one.

If we decide to have another child in the future I know who our Obstetrician will be and cannot recommend Dr Sush highly enough.

Sush is an amazing obstetrician who takes care of everybody involved in the pregnancy. After years of infertility, multiple miscarriages and a stillbirth, I was incredibly anxious and worried the whole pregnancy. Sush was a calming, kind and caring professional who was there every week with words of reassurance. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

I met with Dr Sush after tolerating considerable pelvic pain from historical endometriosis for some time.
I am a 50 y.o and bearing children was complete for me so I was looking for a permanent solution.
Dr Sush explained very thoroughly using visual diagrams what was going on and what options I had.
I opted for a hysterectomy which was completed laparoscopically.
My first consultation with Dr Sush was educational and his demeanour was easy going and relatable. His knowledge on this topic was amazing which left me with 100% confidence on the chosen option and no doubt in my mind I had picked the right surgeon to complete this.
2 weeks later I had my surgery, the lead up was calming and reassuring, and the procedure went extremely well, I was up and walking and ready to go home the next day.
Recovery and healing has been the best with no issues at all.
I feel amazing and glad that I no longer am dealing with ongoing and unnecessary pain at my age.

I came to Dr Sush whilst trying to conceive with a particular issue, constantly looking for answers. He was so understanding, comforting and accommodating, he helped me through that time so professionally, calmly and listened to all my concerns. Not once did he make me feel like I was bothering him with my questions and he always gave me the time I needed, never feeling rushed.

When I conceived, Dr Sush completely understood my goals and how important it was for me to achieve a VBAC. He's very pro-VBAC and very supportive. We discussed all my options at length and he always made sure I had the information I needed. He was also very encouraging with the things I was doing to aim for the VBAC.

I never felt pressured by Dr Sush. He understood my desire to avoid inducing labour and was happy to 'let me be'. The stories he told me about other successful VBACs gave me a lot of inspiration. I always felt informed and empowered after every appointment, as well as being heard.

Dr Sush's superpower is his calmness. With the very quick delivery that was, he remained calm and gave very clear instructions. He encouraged me throughout. Even during the end stage of labour, he gave me options and allowed me to talk through with him my hesitations before deciding which way baby arrived. I really appreciated being informed at every stage.

I achieved my VBAC and I will forever be grateful to Dr Sush. It was a very positive experience. He always gives you his time and attention. He sat with my husband and I after the birth just for a chat which was really nice. He truly cares and celebrates your wins like it is his own. He even visited us in hospital on a public holiday to see us off.

Totally great guy, I cant express how amazing Dr Sush is as a doctor. If you're looking for an OB/GYN, look no further. I was genuinely sad that I wont be seeing him regularly anymore but I will definitely be coming back to Dr Sush for future pregnancies.

I am a 70 year old woman who had a problem with a prolapse.

I went to a local Gynaecologist in Werribee, and was told that she was not qualified to operate on me. I then rang a few other Gynaecologist’s, but unfortunately they couldn’t fit me in for an appointment until towards the end of the year (2023).

I then contacted my friend Sandra Morgan who in return rang your office and spoke to a lovely lady named Connie, and Connie advised Sandra for me to ring your rooms, which I did, and was quickly given an appointment to see you in two days time.

I came to see you, and we discussed my problem, and you were kind enough to draw pictures of what needed to be done, and I was given 2 weeks to think about the procedure. I came back in 2 weeks and had decided to go ahead with the procedure, and within 4 weeks I was in Frances Perry Hospital.

Dr Sushan had even called my husband right after surgery (approx 6.45 in the evening) and gave him a reassuring report that everything had gone according to plan.

Dr Sushan and all of his theatre team were amazing, my procedure went very well, and I was returned to my room. The nursing staff were all very lovely and caring, and the meals were amazing. I was discharged from the hospital the following day in the evening after a bit of a stressful afternoon.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for taking me in as your patient so quickly. My husband and I are more than happy with the result of my surgery, and I am healing very well.

If I need to see you again, I will not be hesitant as I know I will be in good hands and I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to other friends.

Sush was our Obstetrician throughout my first pregnancy and the birth of our first baby in August 2023. Sush took the time to get to know us and our preferences throughout the pregnancy, took care to explain our birth options (we had a breach presentation). As a first time mother, I felt so supported by Sush and had amazing continuity of care from him and his team. We couldn’t be happier with the care we received and couldn’t recommend Sush more highly. I absolutely look forward to returning to Sush if we are lucky enough to have another baby in the future.

10/10 experience. Dr Sush has been an incredible OB! This was our first child and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From the very first appointment until our post birth check up, Dr Sush was extremely professional, informative and spoke to us in a compassionate and relatable way. We will most definitely be going back to him in the future if we decide to try for another baby!

My family have had two amazing experiences with Dr Sush. He recently delivered my second daughter and the whole experience was amazing. I felt empowered and in control of all the decisions made during my pregnancy and labour. I had a natural birth without any intervention including a physiological third stage, and Sush was supportive and encouraging throughout the whole process. Great bedside manner and made sure I made informed decisions about my care. I cannot express the gratitude and thanks we have that he was our OB. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This was my third baby and my first with Dr Sush. My previous obstetrician had retired so he kindly provided me with some of his recommendations. I was dreading the process of starting with someone new and as someone who becomes easily overwhelmed my anxiety was very high. I can truthfully say that within 5 mins of meeting Dr Sush, the fear almost instantly disappeared and I was blown away by his down to earth demeanour, professionalism and his views on empowering women. Despite having previous c sections he still went through the options available to me including maternal assisted births (which I went ahead with). Through all my appointments I felt calm and supported. Consulting out of multiple locations and offering late night consults made it extremely convenient.

I would like to highlight his support when it comes to mental health issues. Having had suffered from perinatal issues in the past Dr Sush went out of his way to discuss this in detail and ensure I received the right support through his network of mental health professionals for before and after the birth. His check in messages before and after birth to see how I am going was such a wonderful personal touch and really shows his genuine care for his patients both physically and mentally.

Truly a calming and fulfilling experience and as an obstetrics patient I highly recommend Dr Sush to anyone embarking on their journey towards parenthood.

I have been seen Dr Sush for around 5 years now for both Gynaecology and as an Obstetrician. He delivered our son Harvey in 2019. We have found him to be the most professional, caring and just awesome Doctor. Most recently over the last 5 months I have had 2 surgeries, the most recent being a hysterectomy. He actually took the time to explain every process which was going to be happening with the surgery. His aftercare is second to none. He is always happy to pick the phone up, no matter what time of the day.
It very disheartening to read a 1 star review saying he is uncaring and unprofessional amongst all these 5 star reviews. I had the total opposite experience with Dr Sush. He has always listened, always caring and extremely professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Choosing Dr Sush to support us through the birth of our second child in April 2021 was the best decision we could have made. After experiencing a traumatic birth with my first born I spent a lot of time researching an obstetrician who was the right fit for us and our circumstances. From our first appointment he was reassuring, supportive, and helped me feel empowered to make the best decisions for my situation. I felt safe and reassured during every stage of my pregnancy and Dr Sush was kind in including our young son through much of the journey as well. In the days leading up to giving birth I experienced some quite severe anxiety. Dr Sush went out of his way to ensure I was appropriately supported. Having a scheduled induction, he ensured I felt empowered in my decisions and was clear in his explanation of every step in the process. He ensured I felt safe and advocated for my birth preferences, which was so important to me. I will forever be thankful for the pivotal role he had in helping me have a positive birth experience. Having had such a positive pregnancy and birth has helped me heal from my previous experiences and has lead to a much happier and healthier post partum period, not only for me but for our family.

Dr Sush is the most wonderful obstetrician. He is professional, warm and compassionate. His genuine dedication to the physical and mental wellbeing of his patients is second to none. From our very first meeting we felt comfortable and supported and knew we had picked the perfect obstetrician to deliver our first baby. Sush continued to check in with us regularly throughout our pregnancy at every stage, right through to post pregnancy. He really took the time to build a relationship with my husband and I. Sush was always available to answer our questions and provide advice in a compassionate and timely manner. Sush was open to all birthing options and we never felt pushed in one particular direction. We decided to have an induction, and when the day came I ended up needing some extra interventions that I wasn’t quite mentally prepared for. Sush calmly explained why they were necessary to safely bring our baby into the world, and whilst I felt nervous, I trusted him wholeheartedly.

Dr Sush is amazing! I felt so supported through my entire pregnancy with MCDA twins and was given the choice to give birth naturally as long as it was safe to do so. I was monitored on a fortnightly basis and gave birth naturally in a very calm and supportive environment! Dr Sush continued to check in on my physical and mental state during and post pregnancy which I found very helpful.

We cannot be more grateful for Dr. Sush. He ensured a safe pregnancy journey whilst respecting and working with our pregnancy and birth preferences regardless of any challenge that was thrown at us. Dr Sush is a fantastic obstetrician, we cannot thank him enough for bringing our beautiful baby boy into this world safely and for including my 7 year old son throughout the whole process. Pre and post care were both fantastic.

Dr Sush is an incredible obstetrician. He is very pro women’s choice which was extremely important to me. Not once did I feel him pressure me into doing something. He is caring, patient and incredibly passionate. The entire pregnancy I could text him with any questions and he’d come back to me straight away with a compassionate answer. We ended up having a home birth due to reasons that have nothing to do with Dr Sush. I wish I could have had him deliver our baby at home but of course this isn’t allowed. He was very supportive when I told him my decision and took the time to discuss everything with our midwives and make sure we were in good hands.
I would (and have) recommended him to everyone, no matter what sort of birth you want. He will support you no matter your decision (as long as it’s safe!).

I am a firm believer that pregnancy is not a de facto medical “situation” but a natural part of our lives. Medical support is a safety net that should be used only when absolutely needed. From our first pregnancy, we realised that “absolutely needed” was very subjective. A “normal” birth is many times accompanied by several interventions. So for our second pregnancy, we wanted a doctor who was willing to listen to us and showed faith in the human body. Thanks to Dr. Sush, we had an amazing pregnancy & childbirth. No drama, no interventions, no stress. Why? Because he took the time to build a relationship with me & my partner and really understand how we respond to situations. He took the time to assess my medical history & worked out in advance how we could manage different situations. He took the time to check in on me close to the due date. And when push came to shove, he took the time to let me do my thing. And because of that, even though we had a very quick labour, even though all this happened during corona, everything was stress free.
I would highly recommend Dr. Sush for anyone looking for this sort of empowered birth experience. Comparing the “normal” vs “natural” birth experiences I have had, I can vouch for going natural. The experience, the empowerment and the recovery are all way, way better with a natural delivery. Thank you Dr. Sush!
